During Covid world shutdown, I don't think anyone was trading in their gold for food. I realy commodity was toilet paper.
And if the world really goes to S*t, I think i would rather have guns and ammo than gold.
Current deal: says 1 Troy Ounce which is 31.1 gms so per gram it is $1929/31.1 = $62.03
At AJPM store, for 1Oz Perth Mint bar price is $2021 right now.. but 1Oz is 31.1gms.. so per gram, it is $2021/31.1 = $64.98
BTW, no sales tax in Oregon!

Is it worth it to travel to Dubai to get some gold.
I only want around 10-15k usd worth.
Half would be for me the other for a friend.
