This one here from Baseus has USB-C input and output, the deal on the Anker is only USB-C input, ie. charging the battery bank only.

Not sure what you mean, but it has USB-C nput and also output Anyway, the coupon doesnt work anymore!

The one star reviews are pretty consistent and off-putting. I appreciate the post and am actively looking for affordable chargers, but will take a pass on this one.

The steam deck uses more wattage. The larger 20,000mah 65w version is better for it. I bought the blue version a few months ago and love it for the steam deck and laptops. I bought two more a few days ago for family members to use on their laptops.

I bought three of the Baseus 65w 20,000mah model and love them. They work gr8 for the steam deck and laptops/chromebooks. I believe this one should be gr8 for phones and such. My brother's Lenovo laptop have a minimum 20w requirement to charge, so my other 15w PD chargers cannot charge it. I'm sure this one can due to being 20w PD.

Is this correct?

Anker 313: only charge 1 device at 12w using type A and it can only be recharged at 10w.

Baseus: charge 2 devices at 12w each (or 1 device at 20w) and the bank can be recharged at 18w.
