From what I can see. QS is IPS and 240Hz. But that's about it. Rtings doesn't have a review of it up.

That's the case with every budget IPS panel. You have to spend a lot more to get one with a lot of local dimming zones to get anywhere near black with an IPS. I'll take the grey-blacks, better colors, and higher response times over the smearing on a VA panel any day of the week, though. I run a QD-OLED ultra-wide as my main monitor and the LG as a secondary. The LG is pretty jarring next to the OLED, but it's still great for the price.
