I applied for an upgrade at Costco today. Tmobile sent me a docusign with the contact and all the numbers. I am not seeing anything in the contract towards the monthly credits. Monthly equipment charges are mentioned but no credit. Is that normal?

Yes that's normal, as long as your rep was aware of the promo code he should have applied it to your account. It may take awhile for your account details online to reflect the device promo.

I just did a mock order. This is what I got for generic phone not on the list. I just need someone to confirm this.

Anyone know about the trade-in process?
i got the email regarding trade-in, but the link just go to the my account page.
"Visit t‑mo.co/account250 for instructions on shipping back your old device." Link doesnt go anywhere.

Does tmobile ship us the box to mail box or do we supply our own packing materials?
Anyway to just bring the trade-in device to a tmobile store? Much easier if i can just do that.

not any condition, you need to get the IMEI, so a dead phone without IMEI = no trade in.
do you need the IMEI with costco kiosks?

yes u need imei. bring the imei number or the phone when you order at the costco kiosk, they need it at the time of sale.
