Just leaving this comment here for the benefit of others - This is the Edge (Mediatek processor) and not the Edge + with the Snapdragon processor.

Call 833-428-1765 for Costco TMobile and you don't even have to go to the store at all. I did this deal on Sunday.

I was able to complete the deal at Costco. I do not see the promotion under my account nor do I see where to get shipping labels for the trade ins.

Does it matter that the rep selected a different device for the trade ins? He chose a Samsung smart phone for all my trade in devices (none were Samsungs) and entered the IMEIs of the phones I had.

Just called costco and did the trade in for my old s7 edge.
It was an easy process. Call lasted for 30 minutes. They never asked my Costco membership , tbh I never had a Costco membership .
The rep said that for the 75 dollar gift card , Costco will call T-Mobile after 90 business days and check your standing with them , with the number on which we traded the Moto edge. So as I don't have a Costco membership ,Looks Like I won't get my 75 dollars . Nevertheless a good deal.

Better to go through Costco as , the activation fees is waived and I only paid the 39.84 $ sales tax.

Anyone know if Costco can upgrade Advantage Unlimited Plus (old SERO) plans? My lines recently got moved from sprint to t-mo so not sure (I know before when they were on sprint it was for sure not possible anywhere but corp stores).

My rep chose Samsung instead of the actual brand for my trade ins as well except he chose a current IMEI I have on my OnePlus 8. I have not been able to find out whether this will be a problem when I do trade my OnePlus 8.

Credit will continue apply to your bill monthly, once EIP pay off and meet some requirement, You can request unlock it in the app.
I had a Chat with one of the tmobile support .
He said if you pay off your phone early , that might terminate the bill credits.
This is from him "As I have checked the monthly credit may get discontinued if you pay-off the device early as it is attached with the device contract."

Can anyone please confirm ?

how did you contact the rep? Via T-Mobile site or twitter?
contact TForce via twittter if you want real answer next time.

I have paid off at least 20+ devices. All remaining credit moved to acct level.

I have also paid off numerous devices as well. Confirmed that remaining credits have moved to account level.

Does anyone know the maximum number of promos that can be attached to each cell number?

How Recurring Device Credits (RDC) work [t-mobile.com]

If you pay off your EIP early, you'll continue to receive the promised Recurring Device Credits (RDC) as an account-level credit through the remaining months of the promotional credit period (up to 24 or 36 months).

Someone more knowledgeable than me will need to weigh in but I don't believe upgrading a device on one of your lines, which is what this would be, has anything to do with you canceling your digits line. That would only apply if you were trying to add a free line rather than upgrade a device.

Was told that because I canceled a line within the last 90 days makes me in-egible for the promotion, and it didn't matter that it was a digits line that I didn't authorize

AT&T, Verizon & Xfinity Mobile are the three I know have the term you mentioned, but not T-Mobile
