edit: be sure the Costco you are going to has a tmobile kiosk
not all of them do
Also she inputted my IMEI from my phone, but couldn't find my brand of phone (Schock) from the pull down menu and selected Metro Trade Device not listed. I was getting concerned because she tried doing it like 8 times (not an exaggeration). Anyways, I got the below text to me, along with service agreement, and order number all text and emailed to me.
A quote of $0 was accepted for your Metro Trade Device Not Listed Metro Trade Device Not Listed - Metro Trade Device Not Listed with serial number xxxxxxxxxxxxx. Please return your trade-in device to a Retail store or send your old T-Mobile device within 30 days of receiving the new one. Visit t-mo.co/order26 for shipping instructions or call 611.
She did not input the code P444 anywhere and also called tmobile to make sure the promotion attached. The Tmobile lady on the phone told the Costco rep that it can take up to 72 hours for them to see it on their end.
So what are the next steps that I should do? Wait for the Moto Edge to arrive and then ship the Schock phone in?
