I was gonna send mine, but during the initial "purchase", the associate told me just to come to the store to drop the trade ins.

Now when I printed trade in device shipping label those IMEI shows on receipt doesn't match what I told him not sure where the hell he got those IMEIs...I traded 2 devices.
Will I get my trade in rejected?
Do I need to call them and get the receipt updated???

My local T-Mobile employee was very nice and we even tried a test using a dummy iphone's imei and the drop down list to select manufacturer/model/carrier was showing but after we changed the imei to the tracfone flip phone, the drop-down list to select manufacturer/model/carrier doesn't load (kind of greyed out) and there was no way to select "only moto edge 230021" and we got stuck there.
My local T-Mobile employee still took my trade-in phones and they printed out the shipping labels, packaged them and let usps pick up them from the t-mobile store.
They also told me that this bug might be fixed in the next few days.
