i got an email that my trade in was received, it was a non-working phone. The email said Credit amount $0, is this normal?

Yes that means you are not getting any credit right now and all will be monthly only...amount/24 months

If you receive any credit right now that will be deducted from original amount and it will split between 24 months as monthly credit...

But you are good no worries

Just an FYI. Ordered on Tmobile site for in store pick up. In store couldn't get the accept trade in device to work. Tmobile emailed me the shipping label to ship back the phone. ~2 weeks later, I got the text they received the device and $0 trade in value. Then another text, your promotional credit will apply.

Not sure what's wrong with my Costco. They said they only deal with Verizon now and the guy pointing the sign to me. He said most of the store will only have Verizon deal later. Is this normal?

Costco now has Verizon, AT&T, and T-mobile kiosks. You need to go to one that has T-Mobile reps.

FYI these are not meant to be dunked into water. Drunk friend of mine threw me into my pool with the phone and my pocket. All I have to say is I'm glad I traded a few in, pretty sure the one that took a swim is bricked now
