I had plenty of stores around me that showed in stock and pick up eligible at the $19 price. As I was browsing the website, I got an error in my cart saying it's not available. So I go to item page, and it says out of stock. I still have the item in my cart though, and it lets me check other stores. Not available nearby all of a sudden. This is all within a 5 minute span.

I'm calling BS Lowe's.
