Upon activation and registration, ensure that you make note of your customer identification pin (cip) and the puk code from the sim card. Just take a picture of the Sim card. You will need this cip and puk code information, along with your registered name, address, phone, birth date and 2 or 3 most dialed or texted numbers, whenever you want to port out
