worse mouse I ever bought. constant disconnects, update all the time like what the h are they updating? its a mouse..battery monster, goes through batteries like crazy and you have to download their dumb app to use this mouse or just about anything they make, if i was a rager this wouldve been in a million pieces against the wall. i definitely won't buy this again and cant recommend. just here to share my experience.

I've had this for almost 3 years, but I strictly use it for work from home. Haven't had any issues except it taking a little longer than i'd like (maybe by 1 second) to wake up from sleep when on bluetooth. On USB I had no issues with this. Been fine for me, but for gaming I use a Logitech G Pro Wireless.

my g502 wireless just started double clicking a few months after its warranty expired, i'm done with mechanical switches altogether.

Common issue apparently. Happened to my g602. If you're handy with a soldering iron you can get replacement switches on the cheap and repair tutorials on YouTube. Glad I was able to fix mine.

I was gonna say go logitech instead of this because i use a logitech for work for 10 years no issue, im still using it. good battery life and just always works

Same experience as you do: I just love it. This mouse is not perfect as it is eating battery like candy bar and no infinite wheel scroll found in Logitech mouses. But I love it as it is a wireless mouse with good balance and feel comfortable to use. BTW, I only use the second lowest DPI all the time.

Until Logitech offers swappable switch, I'm done with them (just to name a few of my double clicked two G604, G700, MX512, two M720). My next mouse will be the Asus Chakram X.

Over the last 25 years, I have tried several different types of mice, and so far Logitech has been my favorite. I have never used Razer products, but people say that although they are generally high quality, they usually fail right after the warranty expires which leads me to wonder if their research team implants self-destructing software in them.

My G602 just started having the double click issue after like 6 years. I just bought this mouse on Amazon and it worked great for a few days and now constant disconnect every few seconds I switched to the wire..

I've had the exact same issues - this mouse would totally disconnect almost once a day - had to pop the battery out and back in again to get it to connect. And yes, it absolutely chews through batteries like a first generation wireless mouse, I have no idea why.

I've had this mouse for years with no issue. I'm a Linux user though. It's just plug and play, no software.

I have this mouse and Logitech MX Master 3S. I use both for work and games. I kind of like Razer Basilisk better. The wheel is more predictable and the clicks are more clicky? Both are good enough though. I'm not too picky. The reviews says MX Master is the best but I think the difference is small.
