run some conduit to hide the cord and paint it to match your wall color.
install an outlet near the toilet.
get a marine battery and inverter and put it on top of the toilet tank.
get a prettier extension cord.
run a generator next to the toilet.
cut a hole in the roof and put a solar panel above the toilet and wire it directly into the bidet.
don't worry about your bathroom looking ugly.

I know this is the side panel version but I've had the similar Luxe E890 version of this that has the remote control for years and I've had no problems. Luxe seems to make decent quality stuff and their customer service when I had to use them a few years ago was solid.

Really want one of these but the issue I have is there is no electrical outlet nearby. Extension cords will look ugly in the bathroom.

Run the cord and hide it behind an adhesive cable concealer [amazon.com] along the wall, near the floor/out of sight. If possible, find an extension cable with an embedded fuse for safety.

Any thoughts on this compared to the Bio Bidet USPA Pro Bidet Toilet Seat available at Costco for $200? I see the Bio Bidet has self-cleaning which I assume is a major plus, but other than that I'm not sure if there are any important differences.

I may have to jump on this. Got some bio bidets a couple years ago and the remote doesn't respond sometimes. I might like the attached controller more to avoid this.
