Seems to be slower than the Ryzen 3600, which is around this price range. They both have the same zen 2 architecture, but the 4500 has less cache and only supports pcie 3.

Do not buy. It's a 2600 with a new name. This is a repurposed die that couldn't make the 4600g. This should be $50 max.

Yeah it's a hard pass for this price. You can find the 5500 for $80 brand new or sued 3600 for $60. If this was $50 it would be a nice gaming and school PC paired with a RX 580 or 1070.
