Podiatrist here. Avoid this garbage. Soft gel insoles are deceptively "comfy" but awful for your feet. You want something firm and supportive, like Superfeet or Powersteps (at least $50+ for a pair)

For $10 a pair, these might provide some minor relief without breaking the bank but I don't recommend them to any of my patients.

No way. It's a huuuuge improvement from the crappy included foam insoles. And you're comparing a $10 product with a $50 one. That's like saying "Toyotas are garbage. Buy a Rolls Royce."

No, you aren't, that poster is just full of crap. They are comparing $35-55 insoles to ones that are under $10. Very occasionally some of the least popular and least effective Superfeet insoles go on sale, like the terribly rated camo ones at Sportsman's for $28. The ones you would want are in fact $50+.

Some have coupon for $5 off $25 so keep an eye out if you need extra. The 30% will not apply to second but the $5 offsets it.

These are garbage if you are looking to wear them while trekking or running or playing sports as they keep on slipping and will crumble around the toes and will become super uncomfortable
