Some have coupon for $5 off $25 so keep an eye out if you need extra. The 30% will not apply to second but the $5 offsets it.

EDIT: Added screenshot. It is 2 Heel and arch.
I saw this on mine but when I go to checkout there is no place to insert the code. I have tried several times.

I clicked it on product page. Similar to the 30% coupon.

All the super feet I'm seeing on Amazon are in the $50+ range. Am I looking at the wrong thing?
No, you aren't, that poster is just full of crap. They are comparing $35-55 insoles to ones that are under $10. Very occasionally some of the least popular and least effective Superfeet insoles go on sale, like the terribly rated camo ones at Sportsman's for $28. The ones you would want are in fact $50+.

Which one has more arch support for flat feet?
You can go to the superfeet site and filter by arch height. For flat feet then "low" maybe good for you. Do the wet foot test (google) to verify arch height if you haven't done it.

I've had good success with superfeet blue and run comfort both medium arch height since mine are medium.

I'm trying treadlabs now bc theirs the top foam/pad is user replaceable for like $16. It's just velcroed onto the hard plastic heel part. So long run should be cheaper than superfeet.

Then again I don't want to end up dependent on these insoles so I don't use them everyday. Working on losing weight, foot exercises etc.

Got this last time... They squeak... Switched back after 3 days due to annoyance. They were also only like a 2/10 comfort improvement...

These are garbage. Get powerstep or superfeet.
My Podiatrist gave me orders to buy PowerStep for my extremely flat feet. Specifically, the "Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx Insoles - Over-Pronation Corrective Orthotic Inserts"

Podiatrist here. Avoid this garbage. Soft gel insoles are deceptively "comfy" but awful for your feet. You want something firm and supportive, like Superfeet or Powersteps (at least $50+ for a pair)

For $10 a pair, these might provide some minor relief without breaking the bank but I don't recommend them to any of my patients.

I paid nearly this much for my last generic insoles from Amazon

Now I don't have to swap them between work and casual shoes. Thanks!

ask any podiatrist, dr. scholls are trash and will often make your issues worse.

i use powerstep for overpronation and its well worth the additional cost

I got powerstep max for my mild bunion + flat feet, but my feet started aching week 2 of wearing. Any insoles you recommend for this situation? I am quite active and healthy, and my podiatrist said its better to get the mass market insoles in my case rather than custom orthotics to stop bunions from getting worse.

There is a bit of a break-in period when switching to new orthotics. Simply putting in a new pair can hurt a lot, going from having no support to having a TON of support. Not everyone has that issue though. Also make sure to take out the insert that came with your shoes when inserting in the new ones, because it can make your shoes too tight. Don't toss them away as you may later decide that the Powersteps might not be for you.

I usually suggest wearing it for one hour one day, then two hours the next day, three hours the next day, and so on. See if that helps.

Regarding the mass market insert comment, I agree. Custom inserts won't do you any good if the over the counter ones don't.

I guess the main thing is, is your bunion painful at the joint? On top? The side? Depending on what you're dealing with, wider shoes with a wide toe box can be helpful, or a bunion shield from Amazon/CVS/Walgreens etc. From then on, depending on how bad the bunion is, if you have bad range of motion in that (1st metatarsal phalangeal) joint, your podiatrist could modify your orthotics with a "reverse Morton's extension". Not too many conservative treatments for bunions before considering Surgery.
