edit: shows $499 for me on product page but then drops to $154 in cart. great deal for new homeowner as the brushed version is usually around $199 on sale.
EDIT: changed stores to another nearby store and the price adjusted, thanks OP, i was going to buy the multitool and circ saw earlier with the ryobi days things, but this ends up being cheaper and i get the extra tools and batteries.

For anyone in the DC area the VA stores are the only ones that showed the lower price for me.
