Woot is the worst place to buy anything ESPECIALLY a mattress. If it comes used or with bed bugs there is no returns and if you think you get a warranty woot is not an authorized resellers. Stick to Costco or a mattress store. Even Walmart would be better.

Buy it anywhere but woot.


Want to know how I know there are no returns? I bought a 1.5k espresso machine that never showed up. Complained for a month they said it was on the way and kept telling me to wait. After 30 days I demanded a refund and they refused and said no returns. I was like are you serious I never got it. They said wait two more weeks, then it still never arrived: however, the label said created but not dropped off at ups. They finally refunded me, at this point, but if they said no i was doing a fraud charge back. This was also after Amazon owned them.

Anecdotal, but FWIW... we have both Sealy and Zinius in this thickness. Our guests clearly prefer the Zinius.

After seeing a few of these woot mattress deals pop up recently, I have to agree with you on shopping elsewhere for this type of thing. There was another Woot mattress deal posted recently that ended up being filled with comments from people who ordered the mattress and had to request a refund because it never expanded properly. However, to Woot's credit, I believe most or all of them got a refund and didn't have to send the mattress back. I consider Woot to be a "swim (buy) at your own risk" option. Currently, I only buy super cheap things from Woot, like charging cables, so I'm not out much if things go south with the shipping or product itself.
