Never verified an Educ ID, or asked to.
Used the Educ discount on a few accounts with different email providers, Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo mail.
Sometimes the Educ discount will not appear but it appeared after adding a phone to the cart, like the Flip 5 this time, and others in the past.

It looks not as much as a glitch but as something intentional for the order/sale to go through. - If your birthday is in August and you had it saved in your Samsung profile, you should have gotten or will get an e-mail with an extra $25 off discount which can stack with the above codes

Go to PP and under deals find Samsung on the main deal page (if you dont see it there, claim random deals until it shows up). Just click the + icon to activate the offer (go to Saved to verify it is there). Now you can go get the other CB and just pay with PayPal
