No option to save samsung deal on paypal.com or in paypal app. Am I missing something here? 🤔
Yeah, a day ago it was showing saved in the PayPal deals, and I placed an order and got confirmation of the points. Now I only see the shop now button on the PayPal deal page. Has anyone gotten points confirmation in this way yet?

Tried placing order three times but order keeps getting cancelled. Says payment issue, whereas no issue with the credit card being used. Tried first with different shipping address to save on sales tax but then tried same address but still cancelled immediately. Has anyone else experienced?

total out of pocket was $567 due to a 200 buyout on my z fold 3, and had to purchase the Spen case separately for $50 due to a check out error. phone will be 487 after $1000 note20 ultra 5g trade in. not a bad deal imho

it took me almost 2 days to get this combo to work and finally get the checkout to work. i noticed when i had both c*sh back sites running it caused my browser to loop and wouldn't complete the transaction so i went with r*k at 12% and will email h*y about the looping issue and see if they give a courtesy on it which they have before.

how i received the unique code was i had customer support build me a cart, by telling them my reserve code was not working. They built the cart with the Unique code, i copied the unique code from the total savings drop down in the checkout page, erased their cart and rebuilt mine from my reserve email.
add the watch and buds to cart, add phone to cart. Your reserve discount should now be applied to your watch and the price of the phone should be $50 more.
if this is correct, now you can add the unique code to the phone and both discounts should apply.
the reason it works this way is because the unique codes can only be applied to the phone and not accessories, watches or buds. i was told this by customer service.
if this did not work, erase your cart, clear your browser cache and history and do the same process in reverse, as long as you do not add any of the products to cart as a combo. only combo i added was the Spen case + scree protector.
I did receive a unique $50 code for the Spen case due to it being kicked from my final order.

good luck everyone.

Is anyone able to stack up pre-reserve code with unique code today either through web or shop app? What are common pre-reserve codes that are working today? Thanks

Tried 7-8 times, worked 3 times but then order got canceled, tried another samsung account, order went through but the 2nd code didn't apply (Q5B5RESWEB). So hoping I can get CS to do price match based on old order that system canceled.

Oh that's very good news. Thanks.
I wonder if I buy a Fold 5 from Spectrum, if I can still sign up for Samsung Care+. Seems like you have to buy it from samsung.com though.
I *think* you can sign up for Care+ even if you buy the phone from a different retailer. To sign up after buying the phone, you go to the Care+ site and enter the IMEI of your phone during the sign up process. I haven't done this, so I'm not 100% sure. But you can probably just call or chat with Care+ customer service to confirm. You also may not be able to get the 30% Samsung is offering now on Care+ subscriptions with the phone purchase. But I'm not sure about that either.

No, that's actually not the case. With Samsung Care+, cracked screen repairs cost $29 and accidental damage repairs or full replacement are $99. Any repairs due to mechanical breakdown or defects are free, as those are regular warranty repairs.

A deductible is only charged if you choose to pay for the more expensive theft and loss coverage and your phone is lost or stolen. That deductible is $199 for Tier 4 devices.

So there is no $249 deductible for repairs. All the details can be found on the Care+ site: https://www.samsung.com/us/suppor...care-plus/ [samsung.com].
Have you actually signed up for a plan for flip5 and looked at the contract details or tried to make a claim? You are mistaken my friend. Don't go by what is shown on that website.

ETA: Check page 2. There is no $99 or $29 option for flip phones.

Yep, so are you looking at the "Subscription Details" for Care+ in your order? That link brings up the old Care+ terms from when Asurian was the service provider. (You can see that the pdf is from Feb 2021.) Samsung switched providers earlier this year to Servify: https://www.asurion.com/samsung/. I believe that Samsung is still linking the old terms and conditions on the order page by mistake, which is annoying. That plan doesn't exist anymore. The new Servify terms listed on the Care+ website should apply to all new orders. Once the phone is delivered and you (or Samsung) activate the service plan, the phone should show up under your account on the Servify Care+ site with the new terms. I currently have Flip 4 with Care+ and the new terms ($29 screen repair, $99 ADH repair/replace) are shown as the plan benefits: Attachment 13989368.

That's great. Thanks for sharing that. I was going from the actual subscription link in my flip5 plan. We had to do a claim on one of out flip4 phones for broken inge and the co-pay was $99. When I saw the new contract they attached for flip5, I thought that had moved flip phones to Tier 4. I was debating if it was worth keeping the plan if the co-pay was $249. I'll keep it if it is still at $99.

Btw, for flip 4, we had paid for 2-years of coverage through one-time payment. Now that I will be trading in flip4 which still has ~17 months of coverage left on the plan, I am wondering if I can get prorated refund for the coverage plan. I have called Servify but their agents are useless. Some tell me that there is no refund (even though some documents vaguely refer to pro-rated refund). They don't know and say that their back-end team will have to provide the answer and the only way to reach them is to send them an email. When I send emails, I get a standard bs response telling me steps to cancel the subscription. Anyone has experience with cancelling the pre-paid protection plan and getting pro-rated refund?

I don't get how these inflated trade-in pricing and their inflated "discount" prices are deals. "$1000" off and you're still left with $800 or still having to pay $100 even after a "$900" trade-in …wtf ? Also like 799 for the base tab s9 which on the checkout page shows above their crossed out price of 919.99 to make you think you're getting a deal. Are people really buying into this Samsung scam?

No problem! I will also just verify the coverage on the Flip 5 once it is activated.

And yeah, I'm in exactly the same situation as you. Once my Flip 5 arrives, I'll be looking to cancel the coverage on the Flip 4. From all the info I've read, you can cancel the 2 year plan and get a prorated refund. I remember seeing that in the terms and conditions as well, but will try to see if I can find it again. I can update with my experience then too.

You are welcome to buy Moto or OnePlus and have next to zero trade in value.
