You purchased from Samsung NOT T-Mobile.
Best to return the trade-in to Samsung NOT T-Mo.
Use the free shipping return label in your account and send it back to the place of purchase: Samsung.
There is a TIME LIMIT to return the trade-in, also seen in your account order.
Check your online order in your Samsung account and play it safe.
Otherwise you're setting yourself up for trouble and a lot of wasted time trying to fix things, and you probably will not succeed.
You are doing the Samsung system trade-in, not the T-Mo system trade-in.
Just have to do the right order item combination..

As a matter of fact you CANNOT trade-in a watch, only trade-in the phone.
Just add the watch to the order only with the phone.

Stack the two $50 promo coupons in a certain order.
Use the Education discount if possible.
Say a Flip 5 will be around $49 with no Educ discount, $44 with it, if you trade-in a Flip 4 for $900 trade-in value.
The watch 6 will be around $80 or so.
Don't forget the 9% PP CB, the 12% CB, and use a CC with a 1%-5% CB too.
