After trading in my fold 4, the total price for the fold 5 and watch 6 classic 47mm is $829 - $165 CB = $ 664. I can probably sell the watch 6 classic for $150-200 hopefully. So the total price is ~$500. Still not sure if its worth it.
The extra $200 trade in down the road is a good point as well. But my fold 4 is basically in good shape except the inner screen protector is starting to come up.

1065 + fold 4 = fold 5 + 2 watches with 2 bands each+ 2 Buds2pro + cash backs
200 each for watch, 100 each for buds
1065 + fold 4 = fold 5 + 600
If both Cashbacks are good then it's 12 + 9 percent of 975 (pre tax amount) = $205.
Best case scenario cost = 260
