Got the R---en cahsback with 12% (tracked instantly) and also PP 9% (received success email 30 mins later)
I suggest using the R cb extension, I like relying on that instead of browsing from the website.

P.S. Been using Flip 5 for second day, and i love it more than flip 4. Especially bigger screen.

I ordered regular band + free fabric band.
I got white box with NO band inside (there is a compartment where a band should be placed). And fabric band delivered separately.
My invoice has regular band + fabric band on it.
Take a closer look at screen... Left side on folding area, there is small black area. + I do not have screen protector.
