Note that Samsung adds sales tax on the original retail price of all items in cart, not considering any trade-in discounts or anything - that makes the total $240+$175 = $375 in CA

And I was making people aware that Samsung is only doing that because he's in California. I have the same items in my cart in VA ($50 for the phone after trade, $50 for the buds, $150 for the watch) and the after-tax total for all 3 is $266.xx, for a whopping $16 in tax. Samsung charges tax on the pre-discounted, pre-trade prices only because Cali and some other states make them. Most do not.

It's exactly the same when you do a trade in deal at Best Buy or anywhere else when you live in CA.

In order to stack two codes for $100 off you must have a phone and a watch. Steps:

1. Get a unique code and start with a new browser with cleared cache and nothing in cart
2. Add phone to cart. Do not add the watch from this flow
3. Add unique code
4. Go back to shop and add a watch; at this time the price of the watch will be wrong but add it to cart anyway
5. Watch price will update in cart to reflect bundle price
6. Add generic code, which will now apply to the watch because it was not added to cart as a bundle

I tested this many times, and this was the only reliable way to add both a unique code and a generic code.

Seems when you add the watch during the phone add to cart flow, it flags it as a bundle and will not allow two codes to a bundle

I was able to get the following prices:

1x Flip5 $45
2x Buds2 Pro $50 each
1x Silicone Case $25
1x Watch6 Classic 47mm LTE with Leather Band $161.50
How can I get that generic code for step6?

Chatting only yielded the generic code, not unique one. Anyone have ideas?

Add it separately and not through the add-ons. I almost made the mistake of buying the regular till I tried to add the classic 47mm. I declined the watch added the buds at $49. Go back to their site and add the watch manually. You can add the buds again with another bundle discount at $49 with free fabric band.

Super awesome deal getting a flip4 to flip5 trade 47mm with LTE watch and two buds pro2 with free band for under $400.

This is a little off topic but there seems to be a lot of experts here.
My friend has a flip. I'm not sure of the number.
The screen is pealing. What should he do?
He is a bit of a Luddite and just lives with it.

I read from others here they pealed it off. I am going to do that with my wife's.

Different states are charging it differently. How is that a US problem? In VA, the total tax is off the $49.99 price which is around $3.30.

Why are you also so angry and calling people names when you're wrong?

Case by case, I guess. I am just not a big fan of these foldable phones. More parts more complications and hard to fix. I had the flip 3 for about a year, Costco Verizon messed it up on the trade-in, so I ended up transferring to T-mobile and got most of the phone balance paid off, then, I traded my paid off flip 3 for S22(~$250 extra via Samsung), went back to Verizon(their call quality simply is the best). My flip3 had several issues that it couldn't be fixed. I don't think I would go back to any foldables at this point.

I'm sorry, but the idea that Verizon call quality is "the best" is simply an antiquated view of the cellular market. Not only are tons of carriers using the same towers, Verizon themselves have botched the 5g rollout and for many customers we've been relegated to terrible coverage, and terrible call quality while they figure themselves out.
