It stacks with the generic preorder code, but the order has to be over $50. Since this is $49.99, you'll need a filler.
They of course didn't have the LTE or Band version in stock when I placed my order and now they do.

The original amount was about 550. My CC will cover up to $600 per occurrence (max 2) and $1000 per rolling year. I just wanted to get the cost below $400 so I could have a the full $600 ($1000 - $400) for another claim if I needed it. That way if something happens I'm still whole. Also, I was being petty because I was angry.
I went ahead with the purchase but my PayPal rewards "Pending" section is empty.
If not, you've got to ask PP CS for help.
Your PP purchase payment is in your activity record.
Also, some times you may be credited with the wrong # of PP rewards points, and you have to contact CS to get it fixed.
