Also, when taking it into a UBreakIFix place prior to sending it in. They too mentioned that it is not considered a broken screen past the flip3 and was an accessory or some other stupid term. He offered to replace it but said it would just bubble back up in a week. I said fark it and just removed it prior to sending in.

Same. I have logged in often and they have received the shipment a week ago, but it still says pending receipt.
