i had ordered the adidas adizero sl at REI also. But I just ordered this also. this one sounds like a better shoe to run in.

Agree. Fun and bouncy ride. Joes New Balance had these slightly cheaper blast time I checked, but I prefer this color way.

These are pretty narrow shoes. I would size up or hold off until you tried them in stores.

Not to knock this guy too much but whenever he does that squishing midsole example, he can squish literally any shoe like he had some $30 bounces from Adidas that he was just bottoming out so your mileage will vary

The V2's are the GOAT daily trainer. These are decent but a steal at $65. I still haven't found a single place really liquidating the V2's😭

You would generally want firmer soles if you are doing mostly standing and walking, hence why clogs are generally the most most popular. FuelCell is definitely on the squishier side.

BTW, I work at the hospital and I use the Asics Gel Nimbus 25, which is very cushioned (high stack height) but not too squishy, which is perfect for the hospital. Definitely one of the best shoes I have bought, like it better than the Hoka Clifton/Bondi and Nikes for the hospital. You can also get a first responder discount which knocks off 30-40% off as well.
