I was looking at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event today and thought of using the $50 Reserve Credit. Saw the Galaxy Watch6 Classic and loved the Silver Bezel look with Camel Leather Belt. Samsung is also offering a free fabric belt. I added everything to the cart and then decided to look through my previous emails to find any codes. One of them stuck for an additional $25 off. Note that I am trading in an old Galaxy Watch Active 2 for which I am getting a trade in value of $150. It is one of the worst watches I have owned. Battery dies in few hours.

So my total is $145 without taxes but I decided to add Samsung Care+ for 2 years for additional $34. Attached is the screenshot of my order.

If you do the trade in, watch out for the shitty 3rd party company that administers the program. They will lie about the condition of your watch or say there was nothing in the box and won't give you the trade in credit. Make sure you take pictures/video everything from turning on the watch, packing and leaving at the shipping counter.

You need a phone to connect with to receive data with this watch. It doesn't have to be a Galaxy phone. Any Android phone should work with it. For example, I have a Galaxy Watch 3 paired to a Google Pixel 7.

If you don't have a phone, then you'll want to purchase the more expensive LTE model.

It is basically the same with the Apple Watches. They have Bluetooth models that require an iPhone for data and LTE models that don't require iPhones.

Thanks for pointing that out. I did not know the battery is small on the newer watch. I get about 2 days of use before needing to charge on my 5 Pro. I got about 1 1/4 day on my previous Watch 4 which didn't bother me too much needing to charge every day. I'll try the 6C for a few days to see if I'll keep it.

In for the Classic LTE version. I primarily upgraded for the latest Heath functions. As for battery life, I never got more than 2 days from my Watch 5 Pro LTE.

That is big disappointment. I was looking to get 47mm Classic 6 as upgrade from my 5 Pro, battery life is roughly half of my 5Pro. Pass!
