It's like saying: does this contain liquids which cause urination? Some liquids do, like water, but a big cup of say liquid mercury for example isn't going to cause urination, it's going to cause death.
Broad general statements like linking a huge class of sweet sensation stimulating compounds to a medical condition is incredibly unlikely from a probability standpoint alone considering how broad they are.
