This is a high fat diet food. I lost 80 lbs in one year eating a high fat high protein diet, and I was never more satiated than I was then.

Although a bit more, the white chocolate macadamia cookies are really good! There's a $10 promotional credit applied to those on orders of $40 so net net about $16 each if you order two boxes with S&S. I'm in.

This is meant to be more of a"healthy snack". Not a substitution for a regular diet.
