Heads up - These scratch really easily, FYI.
If you get one, be sure to check the corners/edges for missing ink, but also the face of the canvas as it only takes a little bit of abrasion to remove the image from the surface.

$100 "MSRP" is laughable.
$20 price is maybe reasonable ONLY IF you have a careful employee making it.

If there is an issue with the quality, I'm sure they would be happy to pop out another one. Just don't complete the sale without first looking it over.

Please be nice to the poor employees.

Used an 85MB file with no problems, not sure how you ran into that error.

I would love to pull the trigger on this but my 2.76 mp file is "too big." Oh well back to a good company like Stickermule.

Yes, my uncle used to do the same at his beach escape. He would sprinkle with 3 or so real pictures of us for it all to seem legit.

My brother and I loved it so much when we were kids because when guests would make the trip up we would pretend to know the people and tell wild crazy stories about "the time they did..." and give us all wonderful laughs. We still occasional joke about how ol' Jimmy made the cirque rounds doing backflips and dolphin moves out of a cannon. Good times.

So what is the problem? Load the picture into an editor, save the JPEG with a higher compression ratio (lower number).

100% agree. I inspect very carefully at checkout. Don't even try to put it back in the sleeve or it will scratch on the edges of the cardboard. Handle VERY carefully in the car. As soon as I get home I apply varnish to protect the print. Lately I've had some issues with the build quality, though. The actual frame has been coming undone. I super glued it together but wish I would have noticed that at checkout and refused the print. For $20 I'm tempted enough to try again, but maybe at another location in my area.

When I last got a similar deal, I found that the quality of the canvas was subpar. The frame was made of plastic, and it broke very easily. The plastic was attached to a cardboard with adhesive on it, but that fell apart too. I do have to complain to CVS about their poor quality, but I wanted to give people a heads up about this issue.

Walmart typically has similarly priced canvases, that's been my go-to lately.

fyi...
I was a little nervous about ordering after your post but went ahead and ordered 2 prints

Got them today and they seem to be good quality. Sturdy (enough) with the back covered along with 2 hanging clips (vertical and horizontal) which is nicer than the only other canvas print I've tried (from a 3rd party vendor on Amazon) which was ok but the back wasn't covered and that one had no hanging clip.

Perhaps you had an unusual experience or CVS has gotten better

Yes you need a photo editor like photoshop. My camera takes 108 MP pictures also. I just edit them to be 16x20" at 300 dpi and you will get a good looking picture and no problems sending it. Make sure you look at the upload preferences when uploading and set to keep hi res.
