It used to be if you opened a 2nd window, logged into amex and selected your 2nd card then went to the promo you could activate on first screen and then activate on 2nd...not sure if that still works or not.
If you have multiple people in the household then each person can save their own offer if it shows up on their cards

T-mobile/Mint doesn't enforce the device restriction but even if they did you could use a dual sim device like the op 7 pro I use or swap between devices if you are doing this regularly. It's easy to always be a new customer if you port your # to google voice and then just forward it to whatever disposable phone number mint assigns you. As an added benefit if you use an odd zipcode/areacode then you can pretty much blacklist anyone calling that area code because that means they direct dialed the sim(spam calls) instead of using the google voice #.
