It's been this price for a while. I purchased it several weeks ago when posted here. Shipment was perfect no crushed cans and expiration date 2 years out.

Who asked you? If you don't like it, move to the next post. I feel people should know what this "chunk" tuna is actually like. I was not talking about the water content, which is indeed substantial. Any moron can see that it's not drained. It barely "tastes like tuna". It is a mush, pure and simple. Regarding protein, it has 22 grams, which is about 1/4 the DR for a grown man. So, if I ate 4 cans of the mush, I would barely meet the daily requirement. I don't consider that incredible. It's about 16% protein. It contains more water (20%) than it does protein.

It's not like the chunk tuna of the old days. I made a tuna and noodle bake with this and it was just flakes. Now my dog gets a can once a week. It's so yucky I can't even put it in the people food donation box.

it it's mush that looks like it's gone thru a blender at high speed, it is not chunk tuna. i've bought other tuna in the same price range that has actual chunks, not liquified mush.

it says chunk tuna on the can, so that is what i would expect. this is a liquified mush that looks like it went thru a blender at high speed. i've bought other tuna in this price range that actually has chunks in it bigger than 1/8 inch.
