The battery life is short at 5 hours because they are a nice small size. The case can recharge them five times and it takes like 25 minutes to charge from 0%-80%. I have had the same pair for a couple years and use them for at least 4 hours a day on average.

Good fit in the ears, good sound quality, but battery life is a bit poor. Lasts about 4 hours for me.

I am a WFH software engineer and have used the Pixel Buds (this version AFAIK) for Teams/Zoom calls when I am travelling or sometimes on a bike ride. Mic quality is very good, even cruising on a bike at 15mph.

Folks complaining about lack of ANC, but really not needed on this style of headphone IMO.

I've used the Pixel Buds on a S21U, S22U, S23, and S23U, the Pixel buds are the most trouble free pairing headphones I've ever used. It's nearly instant.

If battery life is a problem, use a power bank to keep the case charged up and occasionally charge one of the buds while using another. Battery life has never been an issue for me with these. As others have mentioned, SQ is okay for music and movies. When I want SQ and ANC for a long flight or something, I am usually grabbing my over the ear ANC set anyways. When I want to just pop in an earbud and go for a bike ride, the Pixel buds are great.

Any one try these along with the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2? It would seem with the ANC and larger drivers the Samsung may be the better deal for $7 more. Looking for a sound quality and fit comparison.
