Acuvue Oasys w Hydraclear (12pk) $56.87 or (24pk) $95.87 (VSP/HSA/FSA Eligible) at Costco

This deal is at Costco Wholesale, in-store for VSP.

The 24-pk goes for $180 at 1800contacts.

The reason why I think this is a deal is because if you order in-store, your VSP benefits are eligible without the need for an out-of-network claim. You can mix 2x 24pk and 1x 12pack and have it all covered by VSP if you have $250 allotment.

There are places cheaper like lens.com if you want to go through the hassle of reimbursement though.

Prices at in-network sites like 1800contacts are always highway robbery.
The trick is to check discountcontactlenses which aggregates different websites and sorts them by price and provides a discount coupon code to use. The 24 pk goes for $90 usually.

1-800 contacts price matches actually, I always order from them and price match Walgreens.

Some are still available but Costco one is in network with vsp if you buy in store and can be at zero cost to you. Check Contactsdirect and lens.com prices if you wish to pay from pocket and report back on pricing 😁

Lens.com you can get a 24 pack for 43.99 plus 9.95 shipping. So 53.94 for a single 24 pack. No other fees or crap to mess with, simple and easy. I happen to be the same in both eyes so one 24 pack and I am set for well over a year the way I wear them.

You can add four boxes and get a "rebate" but then there are fees and taxes and rebates and such, even two boxes adds bogus fees and it becomes a mess - even just two boxes is 209.71 for some dumb reason. If you just buy one 24 pack it's basically unbeatable anywhere in my experience.

If you are different in each eye buy one box at at time to avoid "fees" and you'll end up with 48 contacts for $107.88.

I quit paying for VSP a few years back as the benefits did not outweigh the cost for me personally. I'll just shop deals and do without!

As a contact lens sufferer for 40 years, Acuvue is the worst brand I have used. I swore them off before and was drawn back in by the Oasys line. I have had contacts that right out of the container are bad, as in blurry or the prescription is off. I would switch the bad contact to the other eye and would experience the same blurriness (both eyes are the same Rx.) I realize they are not made to last forever, but sometimes these aren't even comfortable for a week.

I just purchased three weeks ago at lens.com - 24 pack of Oasys for 53.94 total shipped. Expiration date of 3/1/2028 on the box I received.

Best deal I could find in searching at the time. I tried today and it's $65.24, as I recall I got a better price when searching accuvue oasys on google and lens.com and coming in from an ad for a slightly better price.

They have a rebate for $85 more off if you buy four boxes, would make each 24 pack just 43.99 if the rebate works, I hate rebates and didn't even try it and just got one box, but if you need that many the original price is pretty good, with rebate it would be amazing.

How did you get around this with lens .com

I'm trying to price match lens. com on 1800contacts and they said those aren't the final prices (not doing the rebates). I was told they add in ridiculous shipping and handling fees where at 24 pack order that should have been $130 for two boxes ($65 each) increased the final price to $210 with the fees. How did you get around this with lens .com

Just order one box, then that is your final price. If you order two or more then they add fees, if you order just one you're fine.

If your eyes are different, order one, then order the other box under a different email or check out as a guest if needed. Works great!

$53.94 in cart, shipping and all included when doing a single box.

EDIT - I just purchased another 24 pack to be sure they do not change the fee loophole of just ordering one box. Successful checkout at exactly $53.94 shipped and all. I'm set for a couple years now as I wear them a month or more at a time. I searched for "oasys 24 pack" on google, and hit the lens.com sponsored result showing 43.99, with the 9.95 shipping you're all set. Pretty slick if you ask me!

This is the standard price of lens at Costco. There is no sale that requires someone to jump on this "deal" right now incase you saw this post and wondered if the prices will go up in a few weeks. Costco has good prices on lots of different things from auto insurance to food in their stores. This is just another one of those items that has an everyday good price.

Isn't that the price before the rebate? It's 65.24 for a one box 24 pack before rebate. I'm price matching through 1800contacts. They say you can only get the advertised price if you buy four boxes and thats after a mail in rebate. I guess iI'll try direct through lens.com....seems like you have gotten very lucky twice...congrats very slick but seems ymmv!

Go to google - search for "oasys 24 pack" and there will be a result from lens.com in the results. On desktop I get a result like third one down, and another one in the graphical ad section too, both showing 43.99. If you go to lens.com and just search from there the price is higher, have to go there from the google search results to see that 43.99 price it appears to me. Click that search result, order just one box, and boom, you are all set, no extra fees or anything besides basic 9.95 shipping cost.

Hope that helps you out! Also, my second order has shipped, so ordering just one box at a time this way saves a huge amount.

These lenses should be changed every 2 weeks. If you see a price online that is too good to be true, it probably is. Counterfeit contacts are a real thing and those lenses are not regulated = much higher risk for infection.

Anyone know how to detect counterfeits? Is there a number on the box that you can verify with the manufacturer with?
