1. You cannot pay online, no way to add it, CS do not know why.
2. They do NOT even provide you a monthly stmt, no paper stmt, no e-stmt. Just NO stmt at all. CS does not know why.
3. Complaints with CFPB just go to a black hole.
Their app is trash but I opened my first BofA card less than 2 years ago and it's not really that difficult to get around the issues. For me...my checking account routing number was entered incorrectly (I initially added it to make payments over the phone and I can't remember why) so it would lock my online payment capability every month when the auto pay would initiate. I had to ask the phone rep to delete that account info a few months in a row and they never did it, but I just logged in before my auto payment one month and deleted it myself. It wasn't a big deal. Also, if I had the problem you're experiencing with apple pay processing as an online retailer, I would just use the credit card. Doesn't seem like a big deal to me.
I'm so confused with the application for this card, it has a drop down menu for occupation but only offers a small selection. Somebody please tell me what gives lol. You can't skip and my occupation is not listed wtf

Haven't opened a CC in the past year and have great credit.
Maybe it's because I have their travel rewards credit card which I only use once every 2 years to stop them from closing the account.
Did it even times for Euro
Wait what?? How? I have this cc and was about to close it…
