Had the 10t for a while. The bending BS is there but not a real issue if you don't shove you phone in your back pocket and sit on it. A real issue is the camera glass. None of my lenses are damaged but the glass all around them is shattered. No clue how or when. Phone still works but the ever growing camera protrusions are problematic.

I can't comment on the 10T, but I upgraded from the 6T to the 9 and for about six months, I would agree 100% with this statement.

But after that OnePlus pushed numerous updates to phone that fixed all of the issues that I was having with the phone, and I am still using it and loving it.

It sucks that they launched a poor product, it very happy they worked to fix the issues, as it saved me from having to buy a different phone. Just my experience with the brand recently.

Nice specs at this price if you use a decent case with it unless you want the phone to break in half.

Moved out from 1+ after my 6T and never looked back. Used to be a fan boy, but not after they competing price with Sammy for poor camera and worst trade in value.

Not a deal if a phone has to be activated at purchase. I use a prepaid carrier.

Edit: The 128GB version is $399 and Activate Later. But less storage and RAM obviously.

OnePlus released a firmware update that just made my phone lose cellular and 4g and there's been no fix. That and the rising prices and non existent trade in Value makes sense to move on.

My last 3 phones have been OnePlus and I currently use 10T. 0 issues. I am pretty happy with their updates and software. Not as clean as pixel but not as expensive as it too. Earlier one could unlock and root these phones. No longer possible

Reading the comments and the biggest truth here is the lack of trade-in value of wanting to upgrade. You won't get much for a One plus. On the other hand I received $535 when I traded in an old Note 8 for my flip 5. That's an incredible trade in value.
