<p>https://secondipity.com/new-xbox-...-series-2/</p><p>I ordered an Open Box from this site based on an older post and it showed up broken. While looking up RMA info, I noticed that the new controller is less expensive, so I ordered one. Not sure I would recommend the open box versions, but hopefully with a new one, it's much more likely to be ok out of the box.</p>

Got it in the mail, it was used with crust on the thumb sticks and box had tape all over it. Needs less to say I will NEVER buy anything from this company! False advertising!

Wow, got mine and it was 100% used. It was missing entire D-pad, one of the four thumb sticks, and the adjustment tool. I did get a prize inside the controller body too - with a couple broken bits that rattle around.

Clearly there isn't a visual inspection occurring before they ship

Got mine and 100% not new. Not even the right controller. It was the series 1 in the box with the series 2 equipment which doesn't even fit.
