Considering this one… although I've had issues with other less expensive printers that have the top/back load paper tray getting too dusty and causing constant issues loading paper. Anyone with this printer, is it reliable?

You can use off brand ink as long as the tip fits the nozzle of your tank. I have ET 4850 that I purchased from Costco and it works just fine. I picked up my official ink from Costco for like $50 a set.

I'm not sure which printers that applies too, but I have an Epson Ecotank ET-3750.

First print date: 2018-01-20
Total pages: 10972

It's still going strong.

The printer isn't perfect (the UI isn't so great), but it prints properly every time. It's the best printer we've ever owned, and the only one that's survived more than a few years.

I should clarify - the official ink from Costco is $49.99 for ET 4850. The off brand from Amazon is about $25.

I was trying to say that it's not that expensive to buy official ink. Costco sells some of them.

BJ's also carries the ink for this (same price--$49.99 for 4 bottles)
