I'm super glad you pointed out this rare Amazon-sold product is from a Chinese seller. They're usually so good at ensuring everything they ship is from a domestic manufacturer. I know I would have been super disappointed to have purchased an electronic item just to find out later it wasn't made in the good old US of A.
I bought the following from them:
Baseus 30k mAh 22.5w Power Bank - worked great and kept it
Baseus 10k mAh Magsafe Battery Pack - would go to 22%, then suddenly drop 1% every 3 seconds (refunded)
Baseus USB C Charger Powercombo 65w - 1 USB-C port would work intermittently on various devices, which worked fine on the other (returned)
Basesus USB C Charger Powercombo 100w - worked fine and kept it
Basesus USB C Charger Powercombo 67w (w/ HDMI Port) - Second USB-C port would work intermittently (exchanged with another of same model, which worked fine)
Baseus 20k mAh Powerbank 65w (same model as one currently being advertised) - would go to 28%, then drop down 1% every 5 seconds (charging a phone at 10-12w); would recharge it to 30% (took like half an hour) and same thing would happen. This continued even after a few 100% fully charged cycles (returned)

At this point I think I'm gonna wait until the Anker Prime 27,650mAh with 250w output to come out and get reviewed. Hopefully its as good as the 737, otherwise I imagine the price for the 737 will keep dropping and I'll snag one.
I got it a few years ago so the warranty had long expired, and it served me well while it worked, but I figure if even an Anker battery is only going to last me a few years then I might as well get something much cheaper as long as it performs on par.
And now, these manufacturers have figured out a way to charge us $50 for a charger, $30 for a power bank. And you have to worry about quality and explosion factor. It's insane if you think about it. If they gave us old tech (replaceable batteries) and slow charging.... These inflated prices and this whole entirely new charging accessory market wouldn't exist.
