a bunch of kobalt tools on clearance in store. the planer I have seen at two stores already (which is why I posted it), the drywall magazine may be this store only. see below for prices:

Drywall Screwgun - $79
ratchet - $69
Then the compact impact wrenches 1/2 3/8 and 4in circular saw are available online and in store for $59 as well.
I would post a brickseek link, but none of the clearance pricing is showing online. you must go to the store to verify clearance pricing and stock. if you are going after the Planer or ratchet, I would feel confident to find that elsewhere as I have seen it at 2 different stores.

That's what I found when I stopped at the store in Denton a few hours ago. It showed OOS and full price, yet they had the planer marked @ $59. I don't do woodworking, and considered picking one up to flip, but didnt.
I also saw the 'ratchet' listed in the OP. It's a big, bulky think that I wouldn't use, so I passed on it. My air ratchets will have to hold me over and they're smaller in dimension.
