Edit: Wohoo!! I managed to get best buy to price match it. It took 3-4 hours chatting with different representatives until one finally budged and gave me the price match of $512! Funny thing is I almost gave up before the last rep said they'd match it. Out of stock in my local town so I drove an hour away to a neighbor state to pick it up. My advice to anyone: keep asking new best buy chat reps. Don't get discouraged. Persistence is key. Good luck!

Today, I went down to Best Buy to add it and they were able to do it no problem. So you'll likely have to go in store...I didn't try chat, but maybe you could do it from there.
Paid $119+tax for the 5 year protection plan thanks to the lower price.

Edit: also yeah, I bought the TV on the 20th and picked it up on the 20th. I then went back and added the warranty in store on the 25th.
