18 is huge but if you actually want to use the monitor for gaming it makes sense.
The 16gb of ram doesn't make much sense to me. In many ways buying a 4080 is future proofing, but 16gb ram is not.
It can be upgraded, but I'm not one to spend that much just to have to work on it.

There is a natural variance in the actual capacity of batteries.
By using 90 watts, there is no risk of an 'imperfect' battery being over the legal limit.
Also the system is so huge....It's probably closer to portable desktop.
There were times in the past I focused on such systems when I lived out of a suitcase in a high travel job. I had my "portable" work laptop and then a system such as this for use on my time in the evenings.
