Bottom line: this is an ad, not a deal.
Slightly cleaned the white balance and skew of them a tad here: https://imgur.com/a/FlwVAcZ

Wonder if costco does price adjustments if I bought the same item at higher price 2 weeks ago. Any idea about that?

If you bought the item on their website, it's a very intuitive and easy process through said website. No need to visit the warehouse.
And to answer part of your original question, you don't need to clip any coupons. They auto-apply to your purchase.

Costco's regular prices are usually better than average retail prices. So when they do an promo ad, it's better than that. Yes, there are some that just keep coming back on promo (Tide, etc.) every 6-8 weeks. I don't need a thread on those items, but the infrequent promo items are generally good opportunity deals. It's true that we get the ad mailed anyway. Sometimes I get one missed though. The reminder is still good.
The other reason why we like a separate thread on these Costco promo ads is that members visit frequently. They help us to not miss any good opportunities. We can plan ahead. Sometimes I've missed deals but not seeing them while shopping. These separate threads sometimes cause me to return for another trip. Comments from other SDers help to reinforce the deal value too, or to give alternative stores or products.

Chicken soup - easy workweek lunch
Impossible patties - best plant based meat product out there imo
Kbbq jerky - mix it up once in a while
Guess I'm stocking up on those swiffer duster packs.
The dollar tree ones are just as good
The best thing on there is the $3.00 off Korean BBQ pork jerky
This stuff is addicting as heroin coated crack (and just as bad for your health)
If you never tried it now is the time
I have some recessed lighting inserts I got at HD for 20 for 6 and they are working great, also some halogen replacements the kind that go in work lights , mine are in sensor flood light that triggers all the time and so far so good

Oops, sorry for the double post!
No doubt the marketing folks know that they'll sell 2,000 at a warehouse at $12, but they'll sell 10,000 each month if they alternate between $15 and $11.
I suspect it's those rotating promos that give Costco an edge over Walmart, etc.
Then there are those seasonal promos. Costco knows when to blast out certain seasonal products pre-season and post-season.
