It's more money but works really well. I bought it for the articulating head and it's also a lot slimmer than most. Works great for inspecting cylinders through spark plug hole, looking inside walls through small holes (used it for running some wires and setting new electrical boxes - drilled pilot hole to check if anything is in the way, then cut out the wall for the box, etc. I knew there was plumbing in the wall so wanted to be sure. I've also used it in the engine bay to look at the back side of the engine, and to peek above the headliner to find clips.
