Looks identical to the one I got last year on a steep slickdeal. With reasonable expectations these can be awesome cheap hot tubs. You'll need more than just this item — 100% will need chemicals, at the bare minimum bromine or chlorine but should do more (testers and shock etc). Beyond that I imagine most people will want a bit more to make the experience better…insulation for the bottom, 12 gauge extension cord, possibly reinforcement if it's going to be on a deck. Lots of old threads on Slickdeals with these sorts of models with lots of helpful info in comments.

"4 person" is a stretch. The pics always show from the shoulders up and not where 4 people would have to put their legs! I'm not against these inflatables (I own a 6 person one myself) but just set your expectations appropriately that these are sized like camping tents if you know what I mean.

Any time this is $300 or under it's a good price. I ran it four months each year for three years. Flow meter finally gave out. I insulated the bottom and hose connections to pump, and would pump more air in the side walls like once a week. Spent more on electricity in a couple of months than the tub itself, but I used it almost daily. Put it to 104, after 30 minutes with bubbles it's like 98. Got a new, better cover after two years. Great product for deciding if you want a long term hot tub.

Am able to get through checkout at my location. Perhaps stock is regional, have seen that occasionally this year at Amazon.

Be aware that these can be pretty expensive to heat. Totally worth it if you're using it, but the cost is considerable.

Wife loves it. It requires too much attention for me to enjoy it. Have to constantly check chems and add granulated chlorine when I know it will be used that evening. I try to turn off the heater after use to save electricity, and turn it on 5-6 hours before use again ... just a big pain if you don't want to be dropping like $40 a month on electricity keeping it at 104 every day.

You can make it cheaper but buying a bucket heater with a thermometer that will shut it off at 104. Leave the tub off when you aren't using it, and let the bucket heater do the majority of the work. Then you can just pull the heater out, kick on the tub, bing bang boom and Bob is your uncle. I put the bucket heater in a sunk pyrex dish out of fear i'm going to pop the darn thing this way, and seems to be fine.

Ha yeah this photoshopped thing in the Amazon ad halway down set off immediate alarms when I normally wouldn't have thought about it. Where are the rest of their bodies?

Got this a few years ago. It was wonderful for 2 years. Then it got a very small tear in it on the outside and I quickly learned that no patch kit that claims to do the job will actually hold the air in for more than a day or so.

Interesting idea. Mind pointing me to examples of the bucket heater?
