Honestly it depends on the vibe of the place. This would've looked amazing in my college apartment. In my current house, it's pretty out of place. But I'm slowly redoing the floors and just tossed my couches so going to buy these as temporary seating then moving outside.

Steel frame is absolutely fine. Rust won't eat it away unless there's salt everywhere. I've had a steel set for 20 years. No rust. Plenty of rain where I live.

The actual problem with these is the fabric bottom under cushion. This will tear within two years.

Honestly I'd deal with rust (spray some rust-oleum every couple years) rather than buy another "exterior weather-resistant synthetic wicker" that literally melts in the CA sun in 1 season. Bought a $3k set from Costco and it lasted about 1.5 years before the entire exterior melted off, while my 10 y/o $500 cheap steel frame is still going
