Well if you have sinus issues like I do you'll go through the 24 boxes in about 3 months. I got a box in my car, one at work, one in each room of my house...
Regarding price, this still seems like it's about a buck more an 8-pack than the sale a month ago.

I've purchased both offers (did the Puffs a couple of weeks ago - $28
Walmart I did yesterday - $14.50
For everyday nose blowing, for me, Basic will do - half is going to the school.
For colds when it's a constant blow and wipe situation, I prefer with lotion, my nose thanks me after a whole day using 'with lotion'.
