It's not the door, it's the spring. If your spring is tensioned correctly, you should be able to lift your door with 2 fingers. So even the weakest HP opener should work fine. Old wooden double garage doors with old springs may need the spring replaced. Disconnect your opener to check the tension. It should be extremely easy to open.

It's a good deal but I hate "integrated LED lighting" in anything. It's just code for "we tell you the LED will last forever but due to bad quality it will go out in a couple of years and there is no way to replace it easily so we should have just left the old lightbulb type in place so you can just swap out the bulb".

It isn't actually integrated, it has two regular 60W A19 bulbs. Garage door openers claim to be sensitive to RF interference from LED bulbs so these are "specially vetted" to not cause problems, but in reality you can use pretty much whatever bulb you want.
