Key review:
"Works with 5xxx ONLY AFTER a bios update.
Has "Q flash Plus" button, so no need to get a donor cpu. Look it up it let's you flash the bios without any parts besides MB and PSU."
...
"I've seen 10 reviews saying "i bought this and a ryzen 5xxx, AND IT WAS DEAD! I sent it back and the replacement was dead to! System wouldn't post!"
That's because they DIDNT FLASH THE LATEST BIOS TO THE BOARD. This board was made a year before the ryzen 5k series, so it CANT recognize a CPU way newer than the board, UNTIL YOU UPDATE THE BIOS!"

My experience was different with the A520i. They're both the same board. The mobo came with Ryzen 5000 ready but it didn't post. Jerry rigged the Chopin to my AM4 desktop and it powered on. So, gigabyte sent me dead board. Wow! Had Amazon sent me a new one and fired right up first try.
