Correct, they're a bit sh*tty. We ditched all of the plastic ones, and bought the Pyrex with the silicone lids. WAY better. Silicone + glass lids. We've had them for years. Lids are "as good as new" after 2-3 years of use and dishwashering.
We bought the individual lids from Corelle/Pyrex directly, and then a couple of "Ultimate Glass Food Storage" sets. For anyone who might be interested in switching.
